You have a statutory legal right to return your purchase within 7 days, however we offer a promise which extends this period. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 30 days, for a product refund or replacement.
The promise does not apply to:-
Products which have been personalised to your requirements, for example where a name or a photograph supplied by you has been added to a product
Videos, CDs, tapes or computer software once you have opened them
Perishable products (e.g. food and flowers)
Periodicals or magazines

To return a mail order product, simply fill out the accompanying delivery slip, package the relevant item securely and send to:-

If you receive damaged products, the wrong product is sent to you by mail order or we supply you with an unsuitable substitute for a product which is unavailable, you should notify us as soon as possible. You may return the products for a replacement or full refund. To arrange please contact our mail order customer services department on 0845 126 6999 (Lines open 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday. Calls charged at national call rate).

The easiest and most cost effective way to return a product that you have purchased in a shop is to take it back to the shop of purchase. Our volunteers in the shop can then either refund or replace.
If you purchased your product whilst on holiday please either email mailto:shop-services@rnli.org.uk or phone 01202 336148 and our Customer Services team will be pleased to advise you of the options available.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Until the product is returned to us, you must take reasonable care of it and ensure that it is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.

If you would like to cancel your order before you receive the product please call our Customer Services team on 0845 126 6999. However, we cannot guarantee at what stage in the process your order is.
If you cancel your order in accordance with this policy, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item and the items normal delivery charge. Please note, if you are only returning part of the order, then we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge. You must take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us at your cost.
